ART Business Loans has increased its lending team to four with the appointment of Rozna Haque, its first female Loans Manager. Roz brings with her extensive experience and understanding of the finance sector and customer relationship building – both equally valuable as ART’s personal approach to assessing loan applications is central to its offer.
Roz’s appointment will help ART to meet increasing demand from businesses across the West Midlands unable to access any or all of the finance they need from the banks. “ART has a crucial role to play in supporting businesses to create or safeguard jobs,” she says “and I am looking forward to working as part of the team to make 2015/16 another record year. I’ll be helping to raise awareness amongst the business community of what ART can offer, adding some fresh ideas as well as a female perspective to the mix.”
ART has experienced considerable growth over the past two years. In 2014/15 total lending rose by 77% to £3.1m and maximum loan size was increased from £100,000 to £150,000. The current financial year is looking equally buoyant as the economy picks up and businesses seek finance to support cashflow and growth.
